Words can't even express how grateful I am to have Frank as my trainer. I started to consistently train with Frank 6 months ago. Although, my life style changes began 3 1/2 years ago but I needed something to take me to that next level to reach my goals. That's when I found Frank. In 3 1/2years I've went from 167lbs to 116lbs. Size 13/14 jean to a size 4. When I started training with Frank I was a size 8 now down to a size 4.

Frank has made me realize that your goals are not going to be reached over night, in a week or maybe not even a month. It takes time, hard work and dedication. There has never been a time that Frank has not been there for me. For fitness advice or even personal advice. He has taught me so much about myself without even knowing he's doing it. His dedication and passion for training really reflects in each and everyone of his clients. By far the best trainer a client could ask for.

My entire life I always thought of working out as strictly cardio. I would push myself to get up everyday and run 5k and would start the day proud of myself for what I accomplished. That is a great workout model when you keep it up. After 6 months of constant running, I got bored, stopped, and put on more weight than I had initially lost. Then I started working with Frank. Training with Frank has changed how I view working out and fitness in general. It took us a little while to find a training regime that worked for me, but once we found that, I have seen a dramatic change in my body composition. I have definition in muscles I didn't even know I had. Unlike strictly running, he makes the training experience both fun and rewarding.

I would recommend anyone give Frank a try. His work speaks for itself and his passion for his job and his industry shines through in every training session.

I began working with Frank because even though I had made it back to my pre-baby weight within months after my daughter was born, I wasn’t happy with the way I looked and felt. He and I sat down and discussed the goals I had for myself. Within weeks, I began to see and feel a difference; my clothes were fitting better, I had more energy, and I noticed that I was physically getting stronger. I felt better than I had in months. Frank was helping to make my goals a reality

When my daughter became sick I had to postpone my workouts. Frank was very receptive and accommodating. He took the time to check up on my daughter and I, not because it interfered with his schedule of clients, but because he truly was concerned for our well-being. That told me so much about the trainer that I chose to help me with my new life choice.

Frank cares about his clients. It shows in every aspect of his work. I have several physical limitations, mostly from a car accident years ago. Frank takes the time to tailor my workouts specifically for me (as he does for all of his clients), to keep me injury free. On days when I am in more pain, he takes note and modifies my workouts, while still motivating me to do my best. Even if my best wasn’t as great as the day before, he reminds me that I still gave the 100% that I had that day.

I trust Frank. Plain and simple. I trust him so much that I recommended to my mom that she start working out with him. If recommending your mother to a person isn’t confidence in them, then I don’t know what is!
