Reaching your goals means adopting healthier habits, our coaches are Precision Nutrition certified and are here to help. 

Flexible Scheduling

NL Fitness offers multiple training time slots to help you get in and get on with your day. No waiting till the late hours to get that training session in. 

Small Group Training

10-12 stations, 4-5 rounds of strength training and cardio or core exercises at each station with an intensity level that matches your current fitness capacity! Maximum of 6 participants per group session.

Why should you participate in a Small Group Training Sessions? What will you learn? What is the investment you'll be making?

Small Group Training (SGT) is a great way to work out with others that you know, while stilling bringing out your inner athlete. Because of the structure, you'll be able to get in an effective and safe training session completed in under 60 minutes! Plus, who doesn't want to sweat it out with their friends while saving money!

During your (SGT) you'll learn multiple ways to effectively exercise different muscle groups using your own body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, suspension trainers, slam balls or resistance bands. And feel confident doing so! Each station can be modified as well to suit the intensity level and workout that's best for you!
